HepcoMotion Linear High-Speed Transport System Series

To ensure mass supply of products, high-speed production is essential. HepcoMotion enables acceleration in the assembly, inspection, and packaging processes.

1. HepcoMotion GFX Guidance System - For Beckhoff XTS System HepcoMotion, a linear motion manufacturer, has developed a special version of the PRT2 and 1-Trak guidance systems in collaboration with Beckhoff, Germany, to support the Beckhoff XTS system. The Beckhoff XTS system uses linear motor technology to drive independently controlled movers on a track. This provides solutions for high-speed motion profiles at 4 m/s without sacrificing positional accuracy. The system integrates Hepco's patented 1-Trak guidance system with lightweight movers, offering smooth movement to Beckhoff's 180° motor module. 2. HepcoMotion DTS Drive Track System DTS is a pre-assembled unit that provides the ability to drive movers continuously or intermittently on Hepco curves/track circuits. 3. HepcoMotion DTS 2 Track System An evolved version of DTS, enabling constant-speed drive in straight and curved sections.
